John and Malcom are passionate supporters of Tall Ships' commitment to quality, in a casual but elegant atmosphere, with a style that evokes a strong sense of place and the romance of the Gilded Age. They are excited about building upon the local flavours and culture of the world famous Thousand Islands and developing a team of local talent to deliver a food and beverage experience at the Resort for the patrons of the Grille, members and guests of the TSL Club, residents of the Lookout and attendees at Aquatarium events.
Building upon the personal attention to detail and quality of service that The 1000 Islands Shoppe is known for, we are very fortunate that April Fraser will be extending the Dockside Living experience to include the Café. Good ingredients served up with love and attention to detail will no doubt add to the emerging lifestyle at Tall Ships.
